In order to systematize guarantee methods and continuous quality improvement, the Clinic has decided to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard that covers all the activities included in its scope. The purpose of implementing a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 is:
Increase the level of satisfaction of all clients receiving our services, thus contributing to the improvement of the global service provided to the patients of our clinic.
Achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the management of services / processes
Encourage the participation of our staff in evaluation and improvement activities
Commit to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable to the process that is the subject of certification
For this, the Clinic Management has established the following declaration as a Quality Policy applicable to all activities included in the Scope of this QMS, which aims to collect the general quality objectives of this Clinic.
Among the key ideas that we are going to reflect in this document, we can highlight the conception of the patient as the center and the raison d'être of our actions, incorporating it into an idea of integrity in their care, started in primary care and continued by specialized care, without forgetting their social and health needs.
Close to patients, the people of the organization are the ones who make the difference and are capable of providing the quality, innovative and efficient service that we seek for our patients. For this reason, we believe it is necessary to maintain a good level of satisfaction in our professionals to guarantee our role.
It will be the responsibility of the manager or representative of the management, to inform the Clinic staff of the quality policy by the means that they consider most appropriate.
